NEW QUALITY MANAGER AT KPMF

Kay Premium Marking Films has promoted Rob Musto to take responsibility for quality management at its casting and coating plant in South Wales following the untimely death of Rob Herbert in July. The company is the world's only manufacturer of self-adhesive vinyls to hold the stringent ISO/TS 16949:2002 quality assurance standard and Rob Musto's prime role will be to maintain systems to safeguard this coveted accreditation.

Rob began his career in quality management at KPMF as a quality control operator in 1996, following a variety of jobs in engineering and textiles. In 1998 he became a coater team leader and two years later was promoted as quality technician to be deputy to Rob Herbert, with whom he played a key part in the achievement of ISO 14001 and the successful transition from QS 9000 to ISO/TS 16949 status.
